From April 27, 2021 to April 29, 2021, the employees of the Insurance Agency of Bosnia and Herzegovina attended an online training in the form of a webinar entitled Identification, application and monitoring of projects / programs in PIMIS. The training organized by the Civil Service Agency of Bosnia and Herzegovina was related to the work in the Public Investment Management Information System (PIMIS).
At the very beginning, the Decision on the manner and criteria for the preparation, development and monitoring of the implementation of public investment programs of the institutions of Bosnia and Herzegovina was presented. Later, the way of working in the Information System for Public Investment Management (PIMIS) was presented. Also, participants of the webinar were introduced to the identification, application and monitoring of projects, and the specific entry of projects / programs in PIMIS.
The objectives of the webinar were: to better understand the concept and methodology of project application, to improve the definition and preparation of projects through practical examples and to explain the work in the application.
