Under the Twinning Light Project "Support to Insurance Agency in B&H", there will be held a Seminar on Motor Third Party Liability Insurance.

Seminar will be held in Banja Luka on September 25 and 26 at Conference hall of Trade Chamber of Banja Luka Region, at the following address: Đure Daničića 1/II, beginning at 10 o'clock.

Seminar is organised by Insurance Agency of B&H, RS Insurance Agency and Financial Supervision Commission of Bulgaria under Twinning Light Project funded by European Union.

Representatives of FB&H Supervisory Agency, Green Card Bureau, Protective Funds of FB&H and RS, Association of Insurance and Re-insurance Companies in B&H, Association of Insurance Companies in the FB&H, RS Insurers Association and RS Ministry of finance as well as Michael Haner and Predrag Sofranec from Office of High Representative were invited to seminar.

Purpose of the seminar is to get together representatives of all competent bodies in B&H dealing with issues on Motor Third Party Liability (MTPL) Insurance  as well as representatives of other institutions involved in structural freamework of MTPL.

Topics on seminar will be: MTPL Institutional framework, Green Card System, MTPL according to EU rules, MTPL Insurance Market in Bulgaria and EU, Development of bulgarian legislation and practice on MTPL insurance before and after accession process to EU, Bulgarian institutions dealing with operation of MTPL insurance and System of Green Card - structure, management and operations, Bulgarian practice in combating the uninsured driving and Financial challenges in insurance market.
